CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY:

• The Warranty does not include the damage due to improper storage loading and unloading of the tanks and the damage during/in-transit/handling.
• Warranty and liability shall be restricted to repair of the water tanks found to be defective at site or at our works at our option.
• The Warranty will apply only to the first purchaser of the water tanks.
• The Warranty Card must be produced along with the Purchase GST Invoice at the time of claim.
• The Warranty does not cover loss on components or accessories.
• The Warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental or allied losses or other expenditure.
• In case of disputes with regard to workmanship and performance of the water tanks between the purchaser and the company, the decision of the latter will be final.
• The total liability under this Warranty will never exceed the net ex-works value of the water tanks found defective or failed during the Warranty period.
• The Warranty is issued subject to the jurisdiction of Kalol (North Gujarat).
• The company reserves the right to withdraw, alter or amend the warranty anytime without prior notice, at its discretion.

THE WARRANTY OR LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY IS EXPRESSIVELY EXCLUDED IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

• The Customer Warranty Card along with the GST Invoice (Purchase Invoice) is not produced at the time of Warranty claim.
• Defects arising out of faults in the supporting structure, fittings or other attachments to the water tanks.
• Problems arising out of environmental, climatic or other factors that are different from the above ones.
• Use of water tanks for storage of liquid other than water.
• Fitting of water tanks by parties not authorised by the company in writing before supply.
• Repairing of water tanks by parties not authorised by the company in writing.
• Use of water tanks after leakage is noticed as crack/damage to the water tanks is bound to propagate the further use.
• Use of water tanks at a temperature of more than 60° Celsius unless agreed otherwise in writing by the company.
• Use of water tanks at pressure or vacuum.
• Use of water tanks for transportation of water or transportation of any other liquid/substance.
